Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the three immigration packages?

How much of the procedure we handle. With the Guide we advise you and you handle the procedure. With Basic we file your process, without legal representation. With Complete we assess your case, prepare your documents and represent you from start to finish.

Can I do the procedure myself?

Yes. That is what the Advice / Guide is for: we explain the path and you carry out the procedure on your own.

I don't know which procedure I need. Can you help me find out?

Yes. In the form, choose "I don't know yet" and tell us your situation. We review your case and recommend the right procedure and package.

How will I know how my case is going?

Every case has a reference number and moves through stages. The person in charge of your case keeps you informed of each step.

What happens to my documents and personal data?

They are kept in a digital case file that only the firm's authorized staff can access, and handled under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. We have a business advisory line. Choose "Company" in the form and tell us what you need.
